Here it is...welcoming submissions from filmmakers across the globe! THE FIRST ANNUAL CAMBOFEST: FILM AND VIDEO FESTIVAL OF CAMBODIA! The Cambodia Film and Video Festival (CamboFest) aims to be the first regular film festival in Cambodia since the 70's brought civil war and genocide under the Khmer Rouge. Now that peace and stability have returned, the world has once again taken an interest in Cambodia as a safe, fun, and unique cutural and travel destination. Our aim is to contribute to the rebirth of film, video, and media production in Cambodia by showcasing work by both international and regional filmmakers. While Cambodian and regional filmmakers' work will be highlighted, international & non-Cambodian themed work is sought as well for a variety of programs.
